Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions govern the business relationship between Innoxions – Innovative Solutions and our clients. Swiss law applies exclusively.

1. Scope
These T&Cs apply to all business relationships between Innoxions – Innovative Solutions and our clients. Binding only are written order confirmations in conjunction with these terms.
2. Conclusion of contract
Our offers are non-binding. A binding contract is concluded only by written order confirmation. Technical drawings, sketches, visualisations and similar documents serve illustrative purposes only and are not binding.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) plus any applicable VAT and shipping. For custom manufacturing, a reasonable down payment may be required. The final invoice is due upon receipt; statutory interest applies on overdue payments.
4. Delivery and transfer of risk
Delivery dates are non-binding and may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
5. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until all claims from the business relationship have been settled in full.
6. Inspection and notice obligations
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for any apparent defects. If no timely notice of defects is given, the goods are deemed to be approved.
7. Warranty and liability
Warranty is excluded for damage caused by improper handling, wear, misuse, defective installation or environmental factors. Liability is limited to wilful intent and gross negligence; no liability is accepted for indirect damages or loss of profit.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data follows the separate privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
Swiss law applies exclusively. Sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes from this contractual relationship is Laufenburg or the competent court for Sisseln.
